The staff at Kitchen & Bath Details helped us with the remodeling of two rooms - our kitchen and master bathroom. Their professionalism was exemplary. Whether communicating in person, by phone or via email we always were treated warmly and answered promptly .... and this at a time they were moving and remodeling their business. We found their connections and suggestions [vendors, styles, reasoning] very helpful. Their show room is beautiful and certain to tweek ones imagination and/or give inspiration or solid answers. Brainstorming with them was fun for me because they had ideas and listened. Would we go to them again - YES. Thank you JIll, Tena and Kathy.

Not only were you pleasant to work with but you understood our tastes. While you were particularly helpful (and patient) in assisting us in choosing the style, design, color and finish of our cabinets, you were also able to adjust the manufacturer to meet our timetable and budget when we needed it. You were flexible for us and demanding of your suppliers.

It is not only when things go right that one shows their expertise and professionalism but even more so when things go wrong as it did with one supplier. You went to bat for us when needed. You showed that you can be both charming but tigresses as well.

Creating a kitchen that is not only functional, but reflects the beauty of its beachfront backdrop sounds like a tall order, but Bethany rose to the occasion and brought the warmth of the beach and the tranquility of the ocean to what is more than just a kitchen.
Although there are always hiccups that occur during a renovation, the KB Details staff was helpful and attentive in keeping them to a minimum.

This process was fun and Tena and Jill were great to work with. We appreciated the expertise Tena demonstrated incorporating our ideas into reality! I had been collecting magazine clippings for years compiling what I wanted in a kitchen. Yet when I went to find a designer to turn my dreams into reality, they all had other ideas or were suggested a plan that was simply beyond my budget. That is until I walked into Kitchen and Bath Details' showroom. I saw the display and fell in love with the buttery cream cabinets, the distressed wood island and the luxurious countertops. This was my kitchen.

Bethany worked with me on all of my ideas and then made suggestions on how I could achieve the look I wanted and stay on budget. Twice she called to inform me of a sale on a particular style cabinet and a similar surface product that was considerably less expensive, saving me thousands of dollars.
